We are very happy having you as a customer! Due to the production time involved, some of our pieces will take longer to fabricate. For rush deliveries or inquires, please contact us at email@example.com or (425) 233-9014.
For now we only deliver in the United States through our website. Also you can purchase our jewels from our vendors.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After confirming your payment, you will received an email with a tracking number. All pieces ship in a two day delivery timeframe by ups with signature required. It is the customer responsibility provide an accurate address.
Veronica Eckert Studio is not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather or holiday restrictions.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product
within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, and in the original package.
Please keep the receipt. The product will be inspected after it has been returned, refunds will be available after two weeks after receiving the returned product, and once it has been confirmed the merchandise still in great shape.
We are able to accept returns of merchandise bought on this website.
A resized ring is considered final sale and won't be longer eligible for return.

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR JEWELRY
Silver and Gold pieces, use a clean and little wet cloth.
For Pearls, apply perfume before you wear your jewelry.
Avoid contact with solutions that can damage the jewelry and don't wear it while swimming.
